Dr. Sebastian Schlörke strengthens the experts from gbo datacomp and together they give controllers and production managers tips for technical controlling through key figures at the push of a button.gbo datacomp is focusing on controllers and production management with the next event in the successful series of events GBO MES special. Dr. Sebastian Schlörke, owner of Detmold-based Schlörke Training & Consulting, was recruited as guest speaker for the first time. Schlörke and his team are experts in “lean management in production” in the sense of lean and efficient production. The management consultants are putting their finger on the wounds of many medium-sized companies, pointing out potential wastes and initiating change processes. In Hoffenheim, Schlörke will provide impulses for upcoming change processes in production in companies and report on his experiences with value stream design. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) are important key figures for managing the company in this context. Schlörke in Hoffenheim reports how these are determined and what optimization potentials arise. And the registration figures show that gbo has hit the nerve of the times with exactly this approach, there are currently only remaining places available.MES are ideal tools for technical controlling, the experts from gbo datacomp know and will present at September 28, 2017 at the Hoffenheim Arena the wide range of options. In addition to Flörke, experts from gbo datacomp will provide information on which key figures an MES provides for comprehensive controlling and how these can in turn be used to implement Industry 4.0 in the company. The plan is to demonstrate the benefits of an MES using best practice examples. “Many controllers don't even realize how flexible an MES solution is. That is why we are particularly looking forward to a stimulating discussion afterwards,” explains Michael Möller, managing director of gbo datacomp. “Transparent data is an important prerequisite for comprehensive technical controlling and who could deliver it better than an MES,” Möller clarifies. The morning is rounded off by joint networking over a small snack. It is precisely this exchange that participants appreciate, they like to draw on the different experiences of others and network with each other on a permanent basis.
