PDC (Process Data Collection) captures relevant process data such as pressure, temperature, energy consumption, and more, and presents this information in a clear and transparent manner. This enables immediate reactions to fluctuations or violations of tolerance limits directly within the production process, allowing adjustments to be made before scrap is generated or machines fail due to unplanned downtime.

The Web Dashboard provides a clear and up-to-date overview of all key machine and control data, aggregated into meaningful performance indicators. Via web access, employees can retrieve relevant production data such as KPIs, key figures, and fault messages anytime and from any location.

Energy Management (EMG) systems capture energy data from machines and equipment to analyze how much energy is required to manufacture individual products. Based on these insights, coordinated scheduling of machine start-up and ramp-up processes helps avoid cost-intensive peak loads and reduce energy costs.
