BiSoftMES as a suitable control tool for comprehensive technical controlling - key figures at the push of a button for controllersgbo datacomp, a leading expert for comprehensive MES solutions, continues its successful gbo MES Special event series. This time, the meeting is dedicated to key figures for controllers. MES are ideal tools for technical controlling, the experts at gbo datacomp know and present the various options at September 28, 2017 at the Hoffenheim Arena. Everything here revolves around the question of which key figures are available for comprehensive controlling and how these can in turn be used to implement Industry 4.0 in a company. For the 5th time this year, gbo datacomp is organising its “gbo MES Specials”, but this time deliberately with a focus on controlling in order to teach controllers how to implement Industry 4.0. For example, an MES provides machine data, process data from the product about the entire production process and the basis for the machine hourly rate. On the basis of this data, many processes in the company can be optimized. “We are showing this in Hoffenheim using best practice examples. Many controllers are not even aware of how flexible an MES solution is,” explains Michael Möller, managing director of gbo datacomp. In Hoffenheim, future knowledge, visions and practical implementation examples are combined. MES are known to most controllers, but very few know what advantages they have for implementing Industry 4.0. “Transparent data is an important prerequisite for comprehensive technical controlling and who could deliver it better than an MES,” Möller clarifies. The morning is rounded off by joint networking over a small snack. It is precisely this exchange that the participants appreciate, they like to draw on the different experiences of others and permanently network with each other. The comprehensive know-how at gbo ensures that an off-the-shelf MES is turned into a customer-specific solution that provides exactly the key figures that controlling requires. The modular structure of BiSoftMes lays the basis for this.
