gbo datacomp adapts its Industry 4.0 solutions to the requirements of the respective company with great flexibility

gbo datacomp, one of the leading experts for comprehensive MES solutions, will be demonstrating at the Hannover Messe from April 24 to 28, 2017 at Booth C17 in Hall 7 how manufacturing companies are successfully mastering the diverse challenges of Industry 4.0. The modular structure BiSoftMES Manufacturing Execution System enables individual adaptation to the respective requirements of a company. In this way, gbo takes account of the different digitization progress in the manufacturing sector and enables every company to integrate data vertically and horizontally at their own scale and pace. True to the motto: As much IT as necessary and as much flexibility as possible. Not only at this year's Hannover Messe, many companies, especially SMEs, are concerned with the question of how they can in times of digitization and connectivity can remain competitive. The advantages of more flexible and transparent production are obvious — just getting there is like a journey into the unknown, at the end of which there is a smart factory. The MES experts from gbo datacomp will be presenting in Hanover how manufacturing companies are using the customizable software BiSoftMes generate and successfully use standardized data for planning, control, measurement and quality management. The introduction of standardized data forms the basis for vertical integration from business to production level as well as for horizontal integration across the supply chain. However, some companies are already very advanced in terms of digitization, while others are still at the very beginning. They all benefit from the modular structure of the BiSoftMes solution, which can be adapted as required and easily expanded later during operation. The companies rely on the experienced MES professionals from gbo, who work with them to identify the respective requirements, adapt the solution accordingly, implement it and also train employees. The prerequisite for vertical and horizontal data integration is open standards, which enable communication between the individual IT systems. However, despite various efforts by industry, there is still a lack of cross-manufacturer, open interface communication. For this purpose, gbo has developed the BiSoftVirtCont 4.0 software. It enables a seamless connection of machines and systems without the user having to have special programming skills. “With our MES solutions, manufacturing companies are by no means embarking on a journey into the unknown, but are heading for the future of Industry 4.0 through safe waters,” says Michael Möller, managing director of gbo datacomp. “See for yourself and talk to our experts at Booth C17 in Hall 7.Press contact: GBO datacomp GmbHDR.
