Our success stories
Hans Berg GmbH
Sector: metal processing and automotive supply industry
gboMES links machine and order data
Hans Berg identified a discrepancy between cycle times and output figures in the production of precision and safety components. The root causes included delayed reporting of machine downtimes, unrecorded short stops under ten minutes, and a lack of tools for analyzing disruptions.
Hans Berg implemented a two-stage disruption detection system with gboMES to monitor production lines and their components. Machines were connected via Siemens logo PLC modules to differentiate between production and downtime. Master data from the ERP system Infor.com is imported into gboMES to start orders, display them online, and automatically report deviations such as cycle time overruns.

Cohline GmbH
Sector: Automotive
More transparency and automation
Suppliers in the automotive industry must meet high standards for their products. This is especially true for companies like Cohline that manufacture in Germany. To achieve climate neutrality, Cohline needed greater transparency and reliable end-to-end automation.
The modularity of gboMES is perfectly suited to Cohline's requirements. By integrating additional tools, transparency and automation were significantly improved within a short period, leading to a substantial increase in efficiency.

Schweiger Fulpmes GmbH
Digitalization of MDE/BDE and real-time analysis
The company wanted to identify the effects of specific interventions in production processes more quickly by integrating current operating and machine data when analyzing such interventions. This data should therefore also be available in real time.
This was exactly what was achieved through cooperation with gbo. gboMES covered a large part of the requirements of the Austrian metal processing company with its standard functionalities. Integrated interfaces such as OPC UA or mtConnect as well as technical support from gbo ensured that all machines could be quickly connected to BiSoftMES.

iSi GmbH
Sector: Food
iSi increasingly felt the impact of the general skilled labor shortage, especially due to the retirement of employees — and with it, the loss of valuable expertise related to their self-developed MDE solution.
Through its collaboration with gbo, iSi was able to fully digitalize production in the Culinary division using gboMES. This led to significant improvements across all processes and helped compensate for the loss of experienced employees by increasing transparency and optimizing all production workflows.
